Adv Bunsee Was contracted on the North-South Corridor study to compile the project feasibility study documents and analyze the route of the rail and road corridor through 8 Southern Africa countries.

Mercomp Services Rendered - Lebalelo Water Users Association (LWUA) We confirm that Pangea subcontracted Mercomp (Pty) Ltd to provide Contract and Commercial services, from 8 February 2023 to 28 April 2023, to the LWUA water project in Limpopo province. The project is estimated at R25bn in total value. The work covered assisting with contractor claims, managing a GCC contract and assisting with the NEC3 Terms and Conditions for the Request for Information and Request for Qualification documents, among other daily legal tasks. The resource provided by Mercomp (Pty) Ltd was Adv U Bunsee. This reference is a positive reference for the services provided by Mercomp (Pty) Ltd during that period.

Letter of Reference, Mercomp Pty Ltd- Mariswe Consulting, eThekwini Centrum and Virginia Airport projects. Please be advised this letter serves to confirm that Mariswe Consulting has subcontracted Mercomp (Pty) Ltd to provide the “PPP Lead and Technical Director’’ services to the Mariswe Consoritum, through its Managing Director, Adv Uven Bunsee as from 22 May 2023. He is working on the eThekwini Centrum project, an approximately a 13.6 Ha inner city mixed urban use project with an estimated development value of approximately R12bn and decommissioning the Virginia Airport site and developing approximately 9Ha of commercial office space and high-end residential apartments with an estimated value of R9bn. Both projects are currently ongoing for at least the next 15-17 months.

This is to confirm that Mr. U Bunsee is the Lead Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) Advisor on a Coal To Liquids Project (Name of Project Withheld) in Botswana. This PPP project is estimated at USD 2.5 Billion and the anticipated term is 20 yrs.
